Automated Pallet Picking

By outfitting the end-of-arm tooling with fork extensions and adding a pallet hopper to the cell, the QSP-100CPS brings an added level of automation to the production floor.

The pallet hopper is integrated into the cell's design using our QSP Point-Lock technology that simplifies installation and ongoing operation while making the entire system more portable.

This model features an automated pallet conveyor designed for performance, safety and durability.

It is outfitted with forklift proximity sensors, reinforced chain guards, fixed end-stop fork guides and protective wheel stops that eliminate downtime and extend the life of conveyor.
