Operator Training

As part of our partnership with our customers in our Lifecycle Support Services, MMCI offers additional training on-site for operators on the equipment. Very often there is turnover, new equipment added to the original project by MMCI or refresher training needed for employees, MMCI can coordinate a Training site-visit at the facility.

This training, based upon discussions with the customer, range from hands on monitoring and mentoring of the automation system to classroom and floor training for new hires. Again, based upon our continual relationships with our customers, knowing the equipment and scope and what we see in the industry, we can help tailor a specific training trip to their facility. No two training sessions are designed the same due to the fact no two customers are the same. We customize every session and time allotted based upon a customer's needs.

The training can be a stand-alone trip or part of a Lifecycle Support Service contract just as an Audit/PM or Ticketing option can be.
