By having experts not only design and install the equipment, those same experts are also utilized in the field for Audits/PMs and training. From initial concept through implementation to years after installation, our relationship and hands-on approach has allowed us to help our customers grow as they need.

Very often during an Audit/PM or training session, a customer's business trends may have changed or another piece of production equipment outside of the MMCI automation has affected throughput, product type, etc…and the customer has tried to adapt. By discussing, reviewing and seeing these facilities in-person, we have continued to help the customer improve their processes at a very minimal expense. Whether it is an additional customized flap opener for a new case design on a system or adding a simple bar code applicator to the inline conveyor, we continue to help the customer make small changes that develop big results.
