Conveying, Moving & Sorting
MMCI has over 40 years of experience integrating conveyor systems that automate the movement and storage of inventory within order fulfillment, manufacturing or distribution centers.
AGVs
AGVs, or Automated Guided Vehicles, offer an excellent way to increase operational efficiency in warehouse, factory and distribution facilities. These autonomous mobile robots transport materials or goods within a facility following predefined paths or by using various guidance systems.
In addition to improving efficiency, AGVs also enhance workplace safety by reducing physical strain and lowering the number of warehouse workers needed. By replacing workers, companies can lower costs while enjoying the flexibility that comes with these easily programmable vehicles.
AMRs
AMRs represent the pinnacle of automation technology. Like AGVs, they improve efficiency, safety, and productivity but offer greater flexibility and adaptability as they don't require embedded wires, magnetic tapes or other guidance systems.
Instead, AMRs utilize software and algorithms to navigate and perform tasks like goods-to-person, inventory management, goods delivery and more. They also collect data on an operation and its environment to optimize performance and enable better decision-making.
Conveyor Systems
One of our keys to success is our ability to select the optimal blend of conveyor technologies from the best manufacturers to solve your material handling challenges. MMCI integrates and manufactures both standard and custom conveyor systems in mild steel painted, stainless steel industrial conveyors, multi-flex chain conveyors, plastic modular or friction belt systems for a wide variety of applications.
All conveyor systems are pre-engineered, field-proven, and modularized for application flexibility.
Sortation Systems
Sortation systems offer a proven method for efficiently managing high volumes of products in environments like warehouses and distribution centers. By handling large volumes of items quickly and accurately, they increase operational efficiency and lower costs while improving accuracy.
