Spare Parts Program

Upon completion of a project being commissioned, MMCI will provide a complete listing of recommended spare parts for equipment provided by MMCI. These are broken out by type/brand of equipment as well as specific electrical components required in panels, photo eyes, etc…  The parts are listed as 'critical' and recommended based upon expected manufacturer wear over a typical production usage cycle.

Also included as a line item, per part, is the original manufacturer's part number for internal reference at the customer's facility if required. Customers are always encouraged to utilize this list to have spare parts on-hand for their own use or to be used by a MMCI Technician for an Audit/PM service.

Discounts

MMCI also offers the customer a discount on spare parts lists if ordered within the first 90 days of a system being commissioned. This discount would apply to the customer ordering all parts required to be on-hand as recommended critical spare parts in addition to any recommended spare parts also ordered at that time.
